Job summary

DSV in Poland is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to supervise the exception handling process within the branch, and to coordinate the Claims and Service Disruptions Team in the Domestic Operations, ensuring timely resolution of disruptions.

You will minimize the quality and financial impact of issues, maintain comprehensive documentation, organize official parcel opening procedures, and serve customers, carriers and couriers with the highest possible service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the exception handling process within the branch (claims and service disruptions)
• Coordinating the work of the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team)
• Minimizing the quality and financial impact of process-related issues
• Maintaining accurate documentation related to exceptions, disposal, and destruction processes
• Organizing official parcel opening procedures conducted by a designated committee
• Handling inquiries and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and couriers within the assigned scope to ensure the highest quality of service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
