Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Branch Manager for the Warsaw (Młochów) operation to lead daily logistics activities and ensure service excellence for customers.

You will oversee pallet shipment operations, manage cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive cost efficiency while applying LEAN principles and 5S safety standards. The role requires strong English, strategic thinking, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a logistics branch or 5 years in a specific operational area.
• Experience with road transport operations; palletized freight is a plus.
• Strong leadership, independence, accountability and cost optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of the Warsaw (Młochów) branch.
• Organize and supervise timely pallet shipment transportation.
• Manage operational teams, drivers and admin staff to ensure service quality.
• Drive planning, monitoring of KPIs, and cost efficiency improvements.
