Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Poland is seeking a professional to join our domestic road freight team. You will deliver high‑quality service, handle customer and branch communications, and ensure information is complete and accurate.

You will work with process KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement while benefiting from our training catalogue, private medical care, group insurance and other employee benefits. This role offers a collaborative environment, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

Willingness to work in a shift system.
Experience in customer service.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Delivering the highest quality service within domestic road freight operations.
Handling email and telephone communication with Customers and Branch Offices.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information.
Working with assigned process KPIs and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
