Responsibilities

• Supervising the exception handling process within the branch (claims and service disruptions).
• Coordinating the work of the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team).
• Minimizing the quality and financial impact of process-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate documentation related to exceptions, disposal, and destruction processes.
• Organizing official parcel opening procedures conducted by a designated committee.
• Handling inquiries and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and couriers within the assigned scope to ensure the highest quality of service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
