Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Kraków is seeking a Talent Projects (Senior) Coordinator to join the Emerging Talent team. The role focuses on delivering high-potential leadership programmes and managing end-to-end talent processes within a global services hub.

The successful candidate will coordinate multiple programmes, track performance metrics, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimize delivery and impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership / emerging talent delivery.
• Understanding end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Experience in designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills and employability training sessions; vendor selection and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate High Potential programmes and future leadership pipelines; handle admin, communications, tracking and data management.
• Provide updates to Head of Emerging Talent and Director of Talent on performance, status and reviews.
• Track budgets, spend and KPIs for talent programmes; produce briefing packs for leaders.
