Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Global Strategic Talent, Experience & Project Lead to shape, attract, develop and deliver programmes globally within our Emerging Talent team. You will coordinate change initiatives and work with leadership to drive governance and delivery.

This role supports the emerging talent lifecycle across global sites, embedding change, maintaining documentation (ARIS, Employee Hub) and fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting global project delivery.
• Exposure to HR, talent or learning programmes desirable.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global change programmes across emerging talent.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between project activity and strategic objectives.
• Maintain programme governance including tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Produce regular reporting and updates for stakeholders.
• Support preparation of governance boards and decision-making forums.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather inputs, provide updates and support delivery.
• Build effective working relationships across business, HR and supplier teams.
• Embedding change into programme design, frameworks and operational delivery.
• Maintain documentation, frameworks and process maps (e.g. ARIS, Employee Hub).
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, delivery models and learner experience.
