Job summary

Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day delivery for emerging talent, including BAU recruitment processes, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding for UK & Poland.
Deliver BAU activity across recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
Ensure consistent execution of the learner lifecycle across UK and Poland.
Coordinate programme milestones including induction, graduation, feedback cycles and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate learner data and support reporting requirements.
