Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow is seeking a Talent & Experience Project Lead to drive global change initiatives across the emerging talent lifecycle. You will coordinate programmes, manage governance, and engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

The role is hybrid in Kraków, reporting to the Global Strategic Experience & Project Manager. You will partner with HR, business and supplier teams to embed improvements and enable scalable learning and development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project or change delivery in a global environment.
• Exposure to HR, talent or learning programmes (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Project & change delivery across global initiatives.
• Own and deliver global change programmes for emerging talent.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain governance with milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Produce regular stakeholder updates and reports.
• Support governance boards and decision forums.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather inputs and provide updates.
• Build strong relationships across business, HR and supplier teams.
• Embed changes into programme design and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure new processes are adopted effectively.
• Maintain documentation and process maps (e.g., ARIS, Employee Hub).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery models.
