Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a Talent Projects (Senior) Coordinator to support emerging talent programmes and leadership pipelines in a hybrid role. You will engage across global teams and manage complex logistics, data, and communications to ensure delivery against strategic milestones.

The role requires experience in emerging talent delivery, stakeholder management at senior levels, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership / emerging talent delivery.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Experience in designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills and employability training sessions; vendor selection and management.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships and influence up to Senior Leadership level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving and continuous improvement capability.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate High Potential programmes and leadership pipelines, including admin activities, communications, tracking and data management.
• Provide updates to Head of Emerging Talent and Director on programme performance, status and reviews.
• Track operational budgets, spend and KPIs for talent programmes.
• Create briefing packs for the Head of Emerging Talent on programme delivery.
• Manage programme logistics for leadership and talent programmes including bookings, timetables, transportation and feedback.
• Meet & Greet at High Potential programme events and run virtual learning events.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across multiple programmes with clear reporting loops.
• Brief people directors and senior stakeholders on event requirements such as speaker notes.
• Coordinate wider talent activities like talent cards, training requirements, budget tracking and supplier communications.
• Support Head of Emerging Talent on project plans, milestones, and reporting to talent committees.
• Own global reporting for emerging talent programmes including quarterly talent pack inputs and dashboards.
• Coordinate emerging talent project improvements within the global leadership team including minimum operating standards.

An exciting opportunity becomes available for a Talent Projects (Senior) Coordinator to join Emerging Talent team in our GBS in Krakow.

This role is a critical delivery role within our new emerging talent structure ensuring successful operational delivery of our high potential leadership programmes.

This role reports into Global Strategic Projects & Experience Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for coordinating our High Potential programmes and future leadership pipelines, this includes administrative activities, communications, tracking and data management
• Providing updates and detailed feedback to the Head of Emerging Talent and Director of Talent around programme performance, status and reviews
• Tracking operational budgets, spend and KPIs for talent programmes
• Creating briefing packs (word and PowerPoint) for the Head of Emerging Talent on the programme delivery
• Managing programme logistics for our leadership and talent programmes including coordinating bookings, timetables, transportation and feedback
• Meet & Great at High Potential programme events including running virtual learning events and event management of F2F activities
• Ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple programmes with clear reporting and feedback loops
• Briefing people directors and senior stakeholders on requirements for events (eg speaker notes or required inputs)
• Coordinating wider talent activities such as talent cards, training requirements, budget tracking and supplier communications
• Supporting the Head of Emerging Talent on project plans, key milestones, programme tracking and reporting to talent committees
• Owning global reporting for emerging talent programmes including quarterly talent pack inputs and performance dashboards
• Responsible for coordinating emerging talent project improvements within the global leadership team including minimum operating standards
