VEO Worldwide Services in Katowice is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will attract, screen, interview, and offer top talent to support growth across teams.

You will partner with hiring managers, write tailored ads, represent the company at events, and track KPIs. The role offers a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for learning and career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field.
Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment for white-collar roles.
Strong command of MS Office and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
Use diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
Write and publish engaging job ads tailored to each role.
Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events.
Track KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through all stages.
