Job summary

DLA Piper LLP is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to work with local and international Recruitment Business Partners, handling recruitment data and processes. This fixed-term role lasts approximately 18 months and emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and customer focus.

You will respond to candidate queries, maintain documentation, and seek improvements in Recruitment Operations while ensuring adherence to SLAs and organizational standards. A team-oriented, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience with ATS, especially SuccessFactors.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environments.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer oriented and proactive approach.
• Strong planning, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Team player able to collaborate across HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to recruitment-related queries from candidates.
• Maintain process documentation as required.
• Seek opportunities for improvement in Recruitment Operations.
• Adhere to procedures, SLAs and customer expectations.
• Share and apply best practices.
• Ensure all company standards and guidelines are met.
• Support Junior Specialist.
• Coordinate with HR sub-teams on ad-hoc tasks.
