Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing Operations Team Leader to oversee delivery of marketing support services from the Global Service Center to marketing and business stakeholders. The role requires scoping work, managing deadlines, mentoring a large team, and ensuring high-quality output across communications, brand/design, events, pitching and BD activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably in professional services.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects globally.
• University degree in management or business.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 tools and ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Line management including performance management of GSC personnel; recruitment, induction, training, coaching and addressing issues.
• Support planning and management of transitions and onboarding; document procedures and improve processes.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing feedback.
• Lead day-to-day operations and workload management to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Provide hands-on support in day-to-day tasks across GSC Marketing; escalate issues as needed.
• Collect, interpret and present Management Information on KPIs for the GSC Marketing stream.
• Create and maintain process documentation and reports.
• Share and apply best practices across delivery by the GSC Marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
