Job summary

Qualifications

• English at C1 level and at least 4 years in process management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree; fields include Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or related.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing process/system impacts, documenting, testing, and coordinating implementation.
• Good technical affinity with enterprise systems: SAP MM and Jira; WeBuy knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, coordination, and implementation of SAP WeBuy changes within Demand to Deploy.
• Review procurement-related demands and changes for completeness and alignment with standards, coordinating analysis, testing, deployment, and closure.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to develop feasible solution proposals.
• Ensure changes align with global standards, compliance requirements and template design principles.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with strong communication and define appropriate standardization levels.
