Qualifications

• 4+ years in process management or change management in a global SSC.
• Strong English (C1) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP MM and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WeBuy system is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process and system changes for SAP WeBuy in the Demand to Deploy process.
• Coordinate release planning and testing readiness.
• Ensure changes align with global standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, IT and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization in Procurement.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and drive standardization.
