Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Process Expert for Sourcing Enabling Services. You will analyze process and system change requests, support solution design, coordinate routine changes and demands, and help ensure that global Sourcing processes remain standardized, compliant, and continuously improved.

Collaborating with Process Managers, IT and business stakeholders in a global cross-functional setting, you will support Demand Management and Change/Release Management,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement, system support, demand/change management, or similar roles.
• Excellent English skills (C1 level) and ability to work in a global environment.
• Preferably experience in a global shared services setup within Sourcing, pharma industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate process and system changes for SAP Ariba and related apps during Demand to Deploy.
• Review demands, ensure requirements are complete, and align with standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to develop feasible solutions.
• Ensure changes comply with global standards, compliance requirements and template design.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with strong communication and governance of standardization.
