Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw is seeking a Source to Pay Process Expert (Sourcing, SAP Solution Design) to support Demand to Deploy activities, analyze change requests, and help ensure standardized, compliant sourcing processes across the global organization.

You will collaborate with Process Managers, IT and stakeholders, lead solution design, test coordination, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining high standards of quality and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level and 6+ years in process management or similar roles.
• Experience with SAP Ariba configuration or solution design is a strong advantage.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing process impacts, and coordinating testing.
• Experience with testing coordination and defect follow-up would be a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process and system changes for SAP Ariba and related apps.
• Coordinate demand to deploy activities and release planning.
• Review demands for completeness and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Ensure changes comply with global standards and templates.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
