Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Source to Pay Process Expert (Sourcing, SAP Solution Design) to join the GBS Enabling Services group. The role focuses on Demand to Deploy activities, analyzing process and system change requests and supporting solution design for Sourcing processes across the globe.

You will work with Process Managers, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into documented, feasible process and system solutions while ensuring compliance and standardization across

Qualifications

• Experience in process management, process improvement, or related roles is essential.
• Ability to analyze business needs, define requirements, and translate into feasible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate changes for SAP Ariba and other applications in Demand to Deploy.
• Review demands to ensure requirements are complete and aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to develop feasible solution proposals.
• Ensure changes adhere to global standards, compliance, and template design.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and drive appropriate level of standardization.
