Job summary

Randstad Polska is hiring a Source to Pay (S2P) Specialist with German to support European markets from the Wrocław GBS center. You will handle S2P processes from order creation to payment and assist global users and suppliers with invoices and PO inquiries.

Training on SAP Ariba and ServiceNow is provided, with travel to support teams as needed. The role requires about 2 years in a corporate setting, fluent German, strong English, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (B2) for daily business communication.
• Good command of English (B1/B2) for internal collaboration.
• Approx. 2 years of corporate experience in customer service or related fields.
• Experience with SAP systems (SAP ERP or SAP Ariba).
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Source to Pay from order creation to payment.
• Answer queries from global users and suppliers on invoices and purchase orders.
• Train on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Be the main 1st level contact for external suppliers.
• Process requests in ServiceNow and handle queries from employees and suppliers globally.
• Analyze system issues and report them to admin teams.

Source to Pay (S2P) Specialist with German

Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for supporting the global users and vendors, but also taking part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new Global Business Services Center? Help us build S2P (Source to Pay) First Level Support team for European markets.

What will your tasks involve?

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from order creation to the payment
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams or e-mail) from employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams

What we expect from you?

• Proven experience (around 2 year onwards) in a corporate environment - preferably in customer service, or related fields such as Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable, Help Desk or contact center.
• Fluency in German (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication
• Good command of English (minimum B1/B2 level) for internal collaboration
• Experience with SAP systems (SAP ERP or Sap Ariba preferred)
• Experience with ServiceNow would be a great advantage

Any additional European language (especially Italian) would be a great advantage

• Availability: Ready to join us in November or December 2026
