Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Warsaw, Poland, to design impactful AI and automation solutions for enterprise environments. The role involves working with Sales and Engineering teams to understand business needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to design tailored AI and automation solutions.
• Support technical validation throughout the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor.
