Job summary

dentsu Group is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Engineer in Warsaw to lead strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units. You will drive inhouse automation and GenAI programs, ensuring ROI and alignment with corporate objectives, while managing scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PRINCE2, plus hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business transformation or large-scale programs.
• Experience delivering automation and AI projects from POC to enterprise deployment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Oversee automation and GenAI programs ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Define project structures, milestones, and risk management plans using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe.
