Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead AI and GenAI engagements across client programs in Poland. You will translate business needs into enterprise architectures, work with senior stakeholders, and shape delivery from pre‑sales through delivery.

This role offers ownership of AI-driven architectures, hands-on guidance on LLMs, RAG patterns, and cloud/on‑prem deployments, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence Capgemini’s AI offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture
• Proven client-facing solutioning/pre-sales track record
• Hands-on AI/GenAI with LLMs, RAG patterns
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in bids, scope definition, and pricing
• Fluent English in client-facing contexts

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and win strategic AI engagements; participate in proposal defence.
• Define scope, architecture, delivery approach, estimates, risks, and pricing with sales and delivery.
• Design end-to-end architectures using LLMs, agentic patterns, and RAG; ensure integration and security.
• Define guardrails and governance; address compliance and operational risks early.
• Develop GenAI offerings and reusable assets; reference architectures and accelerators.
• Lead client workshops; structure requirements and translate into architecture roadmaps.
• Support modernization, cloud-native builds, and integrations with AI value.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers during reviews and guidance.
