Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems analysis and IT solution design experience.
• Strong UML/BPMN modeling skills and data-flow design.
• Hands-on with code (Python/C#/Java) and integration design.
• Excellent command of Polish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Design system architecture and define interactions between components.
• Model processes, data flows, and domain concepts to support designs.
• Define integration approaches and data exchange between services.
• Create and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams for design documentation.
