Job summary

Tylko in Warsaw is seeking a Business Automation & AI Specialist to help teams automate workflows and adopt AI thoughtfully. You’ll partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to convert business problems into practical automations and self-service solutions.

Join a fast-moving team that values curiosity, hands-on builders, and responsible, secure design. You’ll shape how work gets done by prototyping, implementing, and measuring impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building automations used in real business processes.
• Ability to analyse, simplify and improve business workflows.
• Practical experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and integrations.
• Confidence working directly with non-technical business users.
• Understanding of error handling, reliability and maintainability.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to develop further in this area.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English.
• Working in a Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across business teams.
• Analyse existing processes and redesign them to reduce unnecessary manual work.
• Design, build and maintain automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs and integrations.
• Work directly with business users to validate solutions and support adoption.
• Explore practical opportunities to extend automations with AI and LLM-based capabilities.
• Build reusable workflows, documentation and self-service patterns.
• Ensure solutions follow security, access and data protection standards.
• Measure results, including time saved, operational efficiency and ongoing maintenance costs.
