Job summary

Capgemini in Katowice seeks an experienced Senior AI Solutions Consultant to drive HR transformation using AI. You will identify automations, design AI agents, and translate business needs into AI-enabled HR workflows across onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, test and optimize AI-driven solutions, and monitor adoption and outcomes, applying governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR and HR transformation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into digital AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk).
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows and create AI assistants.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
• Design and configure AI agents, prompts, flows, and business rules.
• Translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows and user journeys.
