Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.

• Problem-solving and ability to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive business alignment with customer stakeholders for Veeva Vault.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Lead requirements, configurations, and end-to-end build/test/deploy activities (no coding).
• Guide customers through product releases and new features to maximize value.
• Bridge communication gaps between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Establish long-term success strategies and monitor cross-project dependencies.
• Develop deep product knowledge in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
