Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join its Europe-focused engineering team, delivering upgrades, automations, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules.

You will design, implement, and validate solutions, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize platform performance and end-user experiences. Fluency in Polish and English, and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and more.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM including risk, policy/compliance, audit, and vendor risk management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliance frameworks in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Organized and focused with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation for ServiceNow developments.
• Taking part in testing and deployment activities and validating solutions.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve end-user experience.
• Developing scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.
