Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will configure, customize, and upgrade the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, IRM, and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

The role requires five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English. Candidates should reside in Poland and work from our Piła office in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLAM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Previous work with ServiceNow IRM: Risk, Policy/Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, control testing, issue management, and compliance in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Polish and English fluency; Poland residency required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Attend requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Perform platform upgrades including skipped records review.
• Handle administration, configuration, security, workflow, data and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Develop scripts: Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and REST/SOAP web services.
• Validate technical solutions prior to deployment.
