Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team. You will work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM to optimize platforms, streamline workflows, and implement automation in complex client environments.

Based in Poland, you will participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, Scrum ceremonies, and platform upgrades, while configuring ServiceNow, building scripts, dashboards, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and 3rd‑party tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (risk management, policy/compliance, audit, vendor risk).
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliance frameworks in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Organized and focused approach to work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation.
• Taking part in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration.
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform.
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (APIs, REST/SOAP).
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.
