Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer in Kraków to join our ServiceNow team delivering upgrades, configurations, and integrations across clients in Europe and the US.

You will design and implement modules like Incident, Change, CMDB, IRM, and automate processes, build scripts, dashboards, and participate in Scrum ceremonies, with Polish and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Knowledge of IRM (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Ability to configure risk statements, controls, KRIs and IRM dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation.
• Taking part in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow (security, workflow, data management, integration).
• Identifying opportunities for automation to enhance end-user experience.
• Developing scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via APIs.
