Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join its European delivery team in Bydgoszcz. You will work on core platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, to optimize customer processes and digitalize workflows.

Responsibilities include implementing upgrades, administering configurations, creating scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), building dashboards, and integrating with external tools. Polish and English fluency and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk Management.
• Polish and English language fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Participating in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Performing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Administration, configuration tasks, security, workflow, data management, and integration in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve end-user experience.
• Developing scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.
