Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team delivering cloud-based platform enhancements for clients across Europe and the United States. You will participate in requirement analyses, design reviews, and Scrum ceremonies, while executing platform upgrades and automation initiatives within ServiceNow, including IRM configurations.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, deep knowledge of core modules and the IRM suite, and strong communication skills in

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
Experience with the ServiceNow IRM module: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliance frameworks within IRM.
Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
Organized, focused, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in Polish and English is required.
Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining existing documentation.
Participating in testing and deployment activities.
Participating in requirement analyses, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
Performing administration, configuration tasks, security, workflow, data management, and integration in ServiceNow.
Identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience.
Developing scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, and UI Pages.
Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals and widgets.
Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
Validating the technical solution before deployment.
