Sii Poland’s ServiceNow team delivers services to clients across Europe and the United States, specializing in enhancing customer platforms, automating processes, and expanding platform usage within client organizations. Based in Poland, Katowice, the team covers ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM and IRM within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Organized and focused approach to work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Attend requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Execute platform upgrades and review skipped records.
• Perform admin duties, configuration tasks, and integration in ServiceNow.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance user experience.
• Develop scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via APIs.
• Validate the technical solution before deployment.
