Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Łódź. You will implement and optimize core ServiceNow modules and drive automation across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, collaborating with customers across Europe.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, testing, upgrades, and integration with 3rd‑party tools via REST/SOAP, with a focus on risk and compliance in IRM. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and residence in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Polish and English fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment
