Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team in Toruń. You will implement and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including IRM, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB, and drive platform upgrades and automation.

Fluent Polish and English are required, and the candidate must reside in Poland. The role offers a collaborative environment, access to training, and opportunities to work with international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module configuration (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control testing within IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Organized, focused, and analytical with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow deployments.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Execute platform upgrades and review skipped records.
• Handle administration, configuration, security, workflows, data management, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve user experience.
• Develop and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Set up dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with third-party tools and other ServiceNow instances via APIs.
• Validate technical solutions before deployment.
