Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Katowice team and contribute to client projects across ITSM. This role requires located in Poland with EU citizenship; strong hands-on ServiceNow experience is essential.

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with Agile teams, and maintain documentation. Proactive problem-solver with JavaScript skills and ITIL familiarity will thrive in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
CSA and HRSD certifications are required.
Strong ServiceNow ITSM knowledge.
Advanced JavaScript scripting.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and ITIL.
Fluent English (B2/C1).
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Willingness for occasional business trips to Katowice.

Responsibilities

Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform, ITSM focus.
Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and catalog items.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation for configurations and custom developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver quality solutions.
Drive continuous improvements to platform functionality and UX.
