Job summary

Sii is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to drive AI-enabled capabilities within an enterprise service management platform. You will shape adoption of generative AI, improve digital support experiences, and boost operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences and AI automation.
• Advanced ServiceNow development: JavaScript, integrations, APIs, workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions.
• CSA/CAD/CIS Data Foundations certifications advantageous.
• Excellent English skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review current ServiceNow setup and identify improvement areas.
• Define AI priorities, roadmap, and practical use cases with stakeholders.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
• Build AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots, and workflows.
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and quality of AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide recommendations, and document governance.
