Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven capabilities in a modern enterprise service management platform. You will shape the adoption of generative AI, improve digital support experiences, and boost operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences, and AI-driven automation.
• Advanced ServiceNow development skills, including JavaScript, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions.
• CSA, CAD, and CIS Data Foundations certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the current ServiceNow AI setup and identify areas for improvement.
• Define AI priorities, roadmap, and practical use cases together with business and platform stakeholders.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and other AI capabilities.
• Build and enhance AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and quality of AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide recommendations, create documentation, and support long-term platform growth.
