Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI professional to drive implementation and optimization of AI-driven capabilities within our enterprise service management platform. You will shape adoption of generative AI, improve digital support experiences, and boost operational efficiency across the organization.

You will review existing ServiceNow AI configurations, define a strategic AI roadmap with stakeholders, and configure Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences, and AI-driven automation.
• Advanced ServiceNow development skills: JavaScript, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions.
• CSA, CAD, and CIS Data Foundations certifications are a plus.
• Excellent English skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review the current ServiceNow AI setup and identify improvement areas.
• Define AI priorities, roadmap, and practical use cases with business and platform stakeholders.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and other AI capabilities.
• Build and enhance AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and quality of AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide recommendations, create documentation, and support long-term platform growth.
