Sii Poland is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to shape the global ServiceNow architecture, emphasizing cross-module design, governance, security, and automation in a regulated enterprise context.

You will define standards and drive scalable ITSM solutions, collaborating with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect. Hybrid work model applies, with on-site presence required for Warsaw-based staff.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of ServiceNow experience (architecture / development / implementations).
• ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA preferred; experience in regulated environments.
• Experience designing secure integrations for highly compliant organizations.
• Very good English (minimum B2).
• Polish language fluency; hybrid work model with Warsaw presence (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Defining and developing the architecture of the ServiceNow platform in line with business strategy.
• Designing scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations.
• Establishing architectural standards, patterns, and documentation, and supporting teams in delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on governance and security.
• Building a cohesive ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation.
