Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation and optimization of AI-driven capabilities within a modern enterprise service management platform. You will help shape adoption of generative AI solutions, improve digital support experiences, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases, deliver scalable solutions, and establish governance frameworks for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent and AI-driven automation.
• Advanced ServiceNow development with JavaScript, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions.
• CSA/CAD/CIS Data Foundations certifications are a plus.
• Excellent English skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review current ServiceNow AI setup and identify improvements.
• Define AI priorities, roadmap, and use cases with stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and AI capabilities.
• Build AI-driven solutions, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and quality of AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document findings, support platform growth.
