Software Mind is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist to join a small senior team building a new platform for a Dutch cloud service provider. Fully remote, long-term engagement with growth toward ITOM/CMDB/CSDM work, and direct client contact.

The role requires hands-on ownership of production instances for a multinational client and strong English communication. You will manage incidents, access, and integrations, maintain CMDB integrity, and guide design decisions while collaborating

Qualificações

• Valid ServiceNow CSA and Data Foundations credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with production ownership.
• Experience in a heavily customized instance using JavaScript and GlideRecord.
• RBAC configuration experience: ACLs, user criteria and access reviews.
• LDAP/AD sync, data imports, and CMDB data quality knowledge.
• REST/SOAP integrations and familiarity with IntegrationHub.
• Service Portal configuration and client-facing communication.
• Fluent English; ability to present technically to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day platform operations: incidents, service requests, access, and changes.
• Lead identity and access management: LDAP/AD sync, roles, ACLs and reviews.
• Own integration operations: monitor, troubleshoot, fix, and document design changes.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and CI class model in daily work.
• Assess impact of changes and advocate out-of-the-box solutions.
• Reverse-engineer legacy configurations and document dependencies.
• Oversee platform lifecycle tasks: upgrades, patching, and environments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and translate issues into decisions.
