Job summary

ERGO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to deliver technical CMDB solutions and uphold high CMDB quality for the single truth strategy. You will join IT Infrastructure and Operations to automate services, standardize processes, and drive continuous delivery optimization.

You will enable discovery, design ITSM/ITOM/CSDM-based solutions, and collaborate across global IT infra teams to meet audit and security requirements while providing robust reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM/ITIL, and ITOM.

Responsibilities

• Enable, configure, and develop automated CMDB discovery of new and existing infrastructure components.
• Develop Discovery procedures with identification and reconciliation rules; monitor logs.
• Design and develop complex ITSM/ITOM/CSDM-based solutions.
• Support Service Manager for CMDB Infrastructure Quality and requirements with architecture focus.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system architecture supports scalability and compliance with audit and security.
• Create and configure reports, dashboards, schedules for discovery outputs.
