Job summary

AIDA Recruitment is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead a comprehensive assessment of the existing CMDB environment, identify architecture, data quality, governance, and licensing gaps, and define a remediation roadmap aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM.

The role involves leading end-to-end CMDB assessment, governance design, and a prioritized backlog to enable ITSM, ITOM, and security capabilities in a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM expertise.
• Hands-on with IRE, CMDB Health, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Experience conducting enterprise-scale CMDB assessments and remediation initiatives.
• Understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, reconciliation, and data governance.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licensing, user roles, personas, and access models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMDB assessment across CI classes, data quality, governance, and licensing gaps.
• Assess Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and CMDB data sources.
• Review license usage and optimization opportunities.
• Map personas and roles to CMDB-related capabilities and access models.
• Identify risks impacting ITSM, ITOM, SecOps/USEM, HAM, and SAM.
• Define a prioritized CMDB remediation backlog and target-state roadmap.
