Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITOM Discovery and CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations via APIs and web services.
• Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management (networks, servers, databases, cloud).
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ITOM/CMDB best practices.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Service Mapping or Discovery is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services.

Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management (network devices, servers, databases, cloud environments).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Familiar with ITIL processes and best practices for ITOM and CMDB.

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping or Discovery (preferred).

What You Will Do
