Job summary

Software Mind is building a new ServiceNow platform for a Dutch cloud services provider in a fully remote, long-term engagement. You will join a small senior team and work directly with the client to replace a heavily customized instance with an out-of-the-box solution on the latest release.

We seek a candidate with CSA and Data Foundations, 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, and strong RBAC/LDAP skills.

Qualifications

• CSA certification and Data Foundations cert required.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, incl. 2 years owning production instance.
• Experience in heavily customized instances with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and GlideRecord.
• RBAC configuration experience with role/group model, ACLs, user criteria and access reviews.
• LDAP/AD synchronization and data imports, transform maps and CMDB data quality.
• REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Service Portal configuration and maintenance for end users.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day platform operations, incidents, service requests and SLAs.
• Take technical ownership of access control and RBAC design.
• Manage platform integrations, troubleshooting and design changes.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and CI class model.
• Act as technical authority for operational changes to preserve OOTB integrity.
• Reverse-engineer legacy configurations and document them.
• Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and environment promotions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate issues into decisions.
