Job summary

Bitpanda Kraków is seeking an experienced SEO Leader to rebuild organic search and growth as a primary channel across the Bitpanda site. You will own technical SEO, content authority, and CRO, guiding an internal team and coordinating with Engineering, Analytics and Creative.

You’ll translate crawl and indexation insights into engineering priorities, set international SEO standards, and drive conversion on high‑intent journeys, reporting to the CGO.

Qualifications

• Own organic search and web growth across multilingual markets.
• Combine technical SEO with content authority and conversion optimisation.
• Lead a small specialist team and set an experimentation cadence.

Responsibilities

• Set the organic and web-growth strategy, roadmap and targets.
• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search and content-authority standards.
• Own website conversion: landing pages, web-to-app flows and CRO cadence on high-intent journeys.
• Translate crawl, indexation and performance issues into engineering priorities and secure capacity to ship them.
• Lead the SEO team, decide which specialist roles are needed and justify them with evidence.
