Element is seeking an SEO Specialist in Kraków to drive content optimization, link building and data-driven strategy. You will analyze performance using GA/GSC, report insights, and collaborate with marketing and dev teams to implement scalable SEO solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a SEO-related position.
• Experience with audits, keywords, content optimization, link building and competition analysis.
• Familiar with SEO analysis tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Knowledge of strategies for creating and promoting content.
• Ability to analyze data from analytics tools and generate reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with marketing, developers and other stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive and eager to grow in SEO.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the creation of new content according to SEO guidelines.
• Creating and executing content marketing strategies.
• Using analytical tools to monitor website traffic, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Developing the linking strategy to obtain quality backlinks.
