Job summary

Bitpanda in Kraków is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for our redesigned Growth organization. You will establish trusted measurement, define customer economics, and deliver high-impact analysis that guides where the company invests.

With direct access to decision-makers, you will lead a team of analytics engineers and analysts, partner with Finance, Data, Product and channel leaders, and elevate experimentation while maintaining rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Strong track record building analytics that influence product decisions.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, experimentation and measurement.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Set Growth measurement strategy and company-wide definitions for CAC, LTV and payback.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews and decision-grade analyses.
• Build and mentor a team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product and channels to automate data workflows.
• Elevate experimentation quality and democratize insights while maintaining standards.
