Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking an SEO leader to own organic search and web growth across multilingual markets from Kraków. You will drive strategy, site architecture, and conversion-focused initiatives, aligning engineering priorities with a data-driven CRO cadence. Lead and grow the SEO team to deliver sustainable growth across Europe.

The role requires proven experience in technical SEO, content authority, and disciplined experimentation on high-intent journeys across multiple markets.

• Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search, and content-authority standards across markets
• Own website conversion across landing pages, web-to-app flows, and a structured CRO cadence on high-intent journeys
• Translate crawl, indexation, and performance issues into engineering priorities and secure capacity to deliver them
• Lead the SEO team, determine which specialist roles are needed, and justify them with evidence
