Job summary

OLX in Poland is seeking a deep-specialist SEO professional to own the organic search health and growth agenda for two OLX Classifieds categories. You will diagnose, execute, and iterate at the category level, embedded in marketing, product, and engineering processes as the SEO voice in the room.

You will translate search intelligence into prioritized engineering work, track results, and collaborate across a multi-market, multi-language platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on technical SEO in a large-scale platform.
• Strong knowledge of crawl tooling and web tech.
• Ability to translate SEO insights into engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor technical health for two categories and drive backlogs
• Map search demand and close coverage gaps
• Diagnose and resolve cannibalization across OLX pages
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend scalable page patterns
• Apply GEO thinking and AI search concepts to category work
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering as the SEO voice
